Many trying to simply salvage and pick up the pieces of their home and business. On top of all this, you are juggling work, getting the kids back to school and trying to find a sense of normalcy. All the while, helping family, friends, colleagues, and strangers.
It can seem at times overwhelming. We encourage you to start healing yourself so you can continue to heal others.
We are inviting anyone to join us for yoga on Saturdays at 8:30 AM. Walk-ins welcome, no need to register, no membership required, bring friends!
