Teen Sports Conditioning
Is your teen wanting that extra edge in their particular sport? Or are you just wanting them to incorporate some exercise throughout their Summer vacation? Here at CHRISTUS HWC, our Master Trainer, John Freeman has developed a comprehensive strength and conditioning camp just for teens aged 13 - 17 years old.
The emphasis is on core development, overall strength and endurance training. Although we don't concentrate on a specific sport, John will improve performance for the participant in any sport in which they participate.
