Classes are held in the basketball gym at the Health & Wellness Center, 3030 N Street, Beaumont, TX 77702, on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Limited to 20 student athletes per session, registration opens on 10/14/24. Register by phone, or in-person at the front desk. Classes start on 11/4/24 at 4:00 PM.
